I am a professional doula with a loving touch.   I help you and your family in the first weeks or months after the birth of your baby/babies by providing:

• emotional support
• care for you and your family
• guidance with newborn care
• up to date breastfeeding information
• household help
• meal preparation
• assistance in caring for young siblings
